Tashana’s Kitchen Enters Its Next Chapter: Soul Food Catering Long Island, Food Truck Launch, MWBE Certification & Events
Tashana’s Kitchen is entering an exciting new chapter. As a soul food catering company and food vendor serving Long Island and the New York City area, we are expanding our services with the launch of our food truck coming Fall 2026. This next phase will allow us to continue providing catering for private events, festivals, community events and corporate catering while bringing our signature soul food directly to even more communities.
We are also proud to share that Tashana’s Kitchen is now MWBE certified in Nassau County, Suffolk County and New York City. These certifications open new opportunities for us to work with corporations, municipalities, organizations and event partners while continuing to serve our private catering customers.
Tashana’s Kitchen has grown without a traditional brick-and-mortar location, allowing us to build a flexible, mobile business model. The addition of our food truck in Fall 2026 represents the next phase of that growth, giving us a new way to reach customers while continuing to expand the brand.
We’re grateful for every customer, organization and event partner who has supported Tashana’s Kitchen along the way. We’re excited for what’s ahead in Fall 2026 and look forward to continuing to grow while staying true to the food, service and experience that built our brand.
