Tashana’s Kitchen Catering Policies
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon receipt of the invoice to secure and confirm your order.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
• Orders under $500 require full payment at the time of booking.
Bookings Within 14 Days
• For any order scheduled within 14 days of the delivery or pickup date, full payment is required immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
DROP-OFF & DELIVERY
Freshly prepared catering delivered ready to serve
Local delivery fee: $25
Orders $500 and over qualify for free local delivery.
Delivery over 30 miles: $50
Orders $1,500 and over qualify for free delivery.
STAFFED BUFFET SERVICE
Buffet-style catering and staffed service are available for an additional fee.

REFUND POLICY
• All deposits and payments are non-refundable due to food preparation, ingredient purchasing, and scheduling commitments.
CERDIT CARD PAYMENT FEE
• All credit card payments are charged a processing fee up to %3
ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT OPTIONS
To avoid the card processing fee, the following payment methods are accepted:

• Venmo: @Tashana-small
Payments made via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or cash are considered cash-equivalent payments.
Once payment is received, a receipt will be issued confirming payment.
• All transactions include applicable New York State sales tax, as required by law
CATERING POLICY
A 15% service fee is applied to all catering orders to help cover the additional labor, kitchen use, shopping-related fuel, food preparation, and administrative costs associated with catering services.
CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY
By submitting payment, the client confirms that the charges are authorized and agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider. Catering services require advance ingredient purchasing, food preparation, and labor scheduling. Any billing concerns must be addressed directly with Tashana’s Kitchen LLC before contacting a financial institution. Payment of this invoice constitutes agreement to all terms and policies listed above.
